My phone case has just arrived and I think it’s great. Well made and good value for money.
It did take a little while to arrive, but I think that’s a small price to pay for how much I’ve saved on not buying from other phone case manufacturers.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a charging case and it doesn’t work, the piece that goes into the phone from the case looks totally fake and they will only refund my money if I pay to ship it back which costs almost the same as the product!! Total scam company who shouldn’t be in business anymore. Anytime I get an email response it never makes any sense. Really regret not reading reviews before buying. Don’t be stupid like I was and NEVER buy from them!

I purchased this case, then read the terrible reviews. The case was slow to arrive, as it is coming from China. Initially, I was happy with the case when it arrived. And after 1 week of use it is falling apart already, not happy at all for the price of £39.99, very expensive for a case that is already falling apart, very disappointed.

I ordered a case and screen protectors on May 7th, 2023. My total amount for this purchase was $49.97. After ordering, I read this sites reviews (I know, should have been the other way around. They seemed legit when I first got on the site and saw the great reviews). I cancelled my order within 24 hours, before it had even been processed. Today, May 8th, 2023, I get an email from them saying they are giving me a refund of $5!! I have sent them an email regarding this. Do not have high hopes of them doing what they should... a full refund. If they dont, I will take as many actions as possible. SCAM company located in China. STAY AWAY!!

Cheap case. Scratches extremely easily. Does not work with mag charging as advertised.

Having ordered my case, Casebus sent me an e mail to confirm that the product I’d ordered was the right size for my phone before it was dispatched which is a good idea. It arrived within a week and it was fabulous however the clasp broke within the month. I sent an email and photos to Casebus (co.uk) requesting a refund or replacement twice but no reply. I then considered making a complaint through Paypal who advised to contact the Casebus (. Com) address first before taking the matter through Paypal. Casebus answered within 5 hrs and I’ve received a new case within a week, so I’m a happy customer. Lets hope that the second case lasts longer. So for those not getting replies to their complaints worth trying the .com email address

Casebus said items shipped. I viewed usps ship status….and label was created; awaiting items. When I called with my concern…Rachel said that tracking really wasn’t up to date all the time and to be patient my items were coming. I started to believe something was very wrong…I now know they are a Chinese company, shipping from China, any items returned are at personal expense back to CHINA! Casebus blocked my emails and would not respond. It is tremendously likely all reviews on their site are fraudulent. DO NOT ORDER. SCAMMING YOUR MONEY. Their website policies almost ensure once you receive merchandise…you cannot execute a successful dispute…and it costs more to ship to China than keep unusable items.

Oh my goodness. Why didn't I check out the reviews for Casebus first. Ordered KATALIN Classic Waterproof Built in Screen Protector for £34.99 (Google Pixel 7 Pro). Took well over a week to arrive (that should have been the first red flag - its coming from China via a UK shop front). Then surprise surprise, wrong item. Item is a thin, flimsy Repepper Case retailing for so much LESS than the £34.99 I paid. And low and behold, if you are not 'happy with your purchase' (even if its as a consequence of them getting the order wrong cough cough), you have to post it back to China at your expense. Wonderful isn't it? Their phone number doesn't work - probably because the Chinese operatives English is not too good. So all the 'help and support' is via email. I'm writing off £34.99 and moving on with my life. It is not worth the stress and hassle....and this is exactly what they want and how they make their money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Casebus claims its product is leather. They are NOT. You can find the same exact item they sell for $50 (made by Megshi) on amazon for $20.

They mail the product from Illinois but require you to ship it back to China for a refund, which costs around $50.

Their customer service emails are automated.
The REAL reviews are NOT posted online.
They do not answer the phone (616) 606-5179 and the same recording always says "we’re currently unavailable without an option to leave a message".
The "chat" link never works.

Go to Amazon and get the same product for 20 bucks! Their products are fake and they charge 2 1/2 to 3 times more than it cost to get on Amazon.

They do not answer their phone and their email is automated response. You can't return something because even though they ship it from Illinois, they make you send it back to China which cost as much as the product itself.

It is not real leather.

I'm kicking myself for not reading the reviews before ordering an ipad keyboard from this company. It arrived but it doesn't work. There are no instructions (not sure they'd help, its a dead keyboard) and there's no response from the customer support email address. The published phone number goes to a recorded message - telling you to use the customer support email. A shockingly bad experience. AVOID!

Cheap goods and in dispute about their return policy which is returns have to be shipped to China. It costs more to send the return back than to buy the thing in the first place. Raised a claim with Paypal but getting nowhere. Do not buy from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a wallet for my IPhone 7plus. The magnet isn’t strong enough to keep the phone part flap closed. With the weight of the phone it falls down. I didn’t know it was a China company otherwise I wouldn’t have bought it from them. It is too costly to ship it back to China from the USA. I posted a negative review but they never posted it. Why doesn’t that surprise me! Stay away from Casebus!

Thought I bought a leather case for my IPhone, the price reflected leather not faux. Had to pay £13 to return to China although sent from their warehouse in Cannock 10 miles away. Not impressed as they show the Union Jack on their home page. This company is making a lot of money by selling cheap goods at high prices and returns are difficult and costly.
