I ordered a custom phone case for $34.99 and what arrived was nothing like what I submitted.

I selected purple text and positioned it in the empty space in the photo — what I received had white text printed directly over my dog's face.

When I contacted them, they claimed the case matched exactly what I submitted, which it did not, and offered a reprint for an additional $9.99. I shouldn't have to pay anything to fix their mistake.

I then requested a full refund and never heard back — complete silence for 48+ hours.

To add insult to injury, their automated system sent me a review request even though they haven't responded to my last email.

Oh and shipping time?? Took way more than the amount of time they advertise.
Save yourself the frustration and order your custom cases elsewhere.

I haven’t had this long, and the kickstand already feels loose and keeps folding in on me. At first I thought it was just a minor issue, but now I don’t really trust it to hold like it should.

I ordered a personalized phone case thinking it was going to be this cute little moment, and then it arrived looking like the name had been shoved into place at the last second. It wasn’t centered like the preview at all, and the letters looked kind of squished together. When I reached out to customer support, they basically told me it was “within range,” which made it even more frustrating. The whole reason I ordered it was for the custom text, so having that part look off was disappointing.

I had to exchange my phone case because, of course, I managed to pick the wrong size. The response took a little longer than I hoped, which felt kind of frustrating since these things always seem to happen to me, but they did send clear instructions. The replacement showed up fine and fit like it should. Not the fastest process ever, but at least it got sorted without a huge hassle. 4 stars from me.

The case looked decent when I first put it on, but the grip is bad. It feels slippery in my hand and kind of awkward to hold, so my hand gets tired faster than it should. Definitely not something I’d want to use every day. What annoys me even more is how these return policies always seem to have little loopholes where something can be “used” just because you opened it to try it, even if the product doesn’t actually work well. Overall, not comfortable and not worth it for me.

The case looked more or less like the photos, but the color was a little different in person. Not a huge difference, just not exactly what I was expecting

I’ve been using this case for a bit and it’s been good so far. The buttons press easily, so I don’t have to push hard or adjust my grip. The ports line up well too, so my charging cable fits without any hassle. No real issues up to now.

To be fair, they did eventually get back to me, but it took several days, which was frustrating. When I did get a response, it didn’t really help much or fully answer what I needed. I don’t want to be too harsh, but the support experience could definitely be better.

I was a little nervous at first, but this case actually fits really well. The raised edges make me feel better about the screen and camera, especially since I already dropped my phone once. I kind of panicked for a second, but there wasn’t even a scratch, so now I’m happy with it so far...

I got a magnetic case from casebus.com and the hold surprised me a bit. I kind of expected it to be okay, nothing crazy, but it snaps on fast and feels secure right away. I’ve been using it with my car holder too, and it doesn’t really slide around during normal drives, which was the main thing I cared about.
It’s not absolutely perfect or anything, like if I shake it really hard I can get it to shift a little, but that’s not really how I’m using it day to day. For regular use, grabbing it, setting it on the mount, taking it off again, it feels solid. Happy with it overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

I did get my refund in the end, so I guess I can’t complain too much. It just took longer than I was expecting, which was a bit frustrating. Support was decent and replied when I reached out, but I’m still not totally convinced the refund process is as smooth as it should be.

I dunno, the site just feels kind of old and cluttered to me. Like, I wanted to browse around and enjoy shopping, but it never really felt smooth or inviting. It gave off a bit of a cheap vibe, which made me less excited to buy anything

My 12 year old ordered a case for her Ipad and the picture shows it having a slot for the pen on the front. They sent one with no slot for a pen. I emailed them and told them they sent the wrong one and to please send me the correct one and then I will return the wrong one. They said they use the same pictures for different products and the one she wants does not come with the pen slot on the front. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! After days of going back and forth they want my 12 year old to pay to return the item. I don't think so. It was their mistake for falsely advertising. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The case is decent and the price wasn’t bad, but I expected the finish to be a little nicer. It’s kind of hard to describe, but it just doesn’t feel like amazing value for the money. Shipping also took longer than I thought it would. Overall, it does the job and looks fine, and I might buy it again if it was on sale.

I dropped it one time—not even anything dramatic, and the corner cracked badly. it makes me wonder if these are designed to look protective but secretly fail right when you actually need them. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I’m definitely not trusting it with another drop.

The case feels sturdy, so I’ll give it that, but wow... it made my phone feel way too chunky. Trying to slide it into my jeans pocket was a hassle, and holding it for more than a few minutes got annoying. Like, how did it add this much bulk?? Not really what I expected, honestly.

I got this casebus phone case with the little wallet/card holder thing, and it’s been more useful than I thought it would be. My ID and two cards I keep in there, and they stay put fine, not sliding out or feeling loose or anything.

It is a bit thicker than the case I had before, but that I kind of expected. For quick errands, not having to bring my whole wallet around is nice, and that’s mostly why I like it

I ordered a phone case from Casebus, and the shipping was slower than I expected. The tracking didn’t update for days, so I had no idea where the package actually was, which was frustrating. It did finally show up, but it came later than the delivery time shown when I placed the order. The case itself was fine once it arrived, but the whole delivery experience wasn’t great. I also found myself a little suspicious during checkout because the final cost felt like it crept up more than I expected, so I wasn’t sure if there were extra fees worked in somewhere. I’d probably think twice before ordering again, especially if I needed something quickly...

It’s held up really well, and the material feels sturdy, not like one of those cheap cases that start falling apart right away. It did take a little while to arrive, but looking back, I’m glad I waited. It’s one of those small purchases that makes everyday life a little less stressful.

In my experience, this case fits my iPhone really nicely. The buttons line up well, and I haven’t had any trouble charging it with the case on. Overall, I’m happy with it.
